Yes I would like to be a character, that character is Dan. He is a boy who is easily annoyed and gets bored quick. I would like to be Dan because he seems like the guy who reminds me of me because I get really bored and get annoyed easily. If I could change something I would change that he is into ninjas and always thinks evil and wants to break things.

1. I picked this book because I have read this authors books before and really liked it so I seen this book. I read the back and it look interesting. It met my expectations so far I read it. It is really interesting.

I am picking Dan. He is 12 years old. He has a sister named Amy. Dans goal is to get the million dollars. His thoughts are for him to get the money. He feels sad that his grandma died and wants to talk to her but she’s gone.
His parents also died when he was young and is living with his aunt Betrice. His motivation to get the money is so he can get toys and ninja swords and other playing stuff that a 12 year old would like to have.

In the book so far, there is Amy witch is 14 and Dan witch is 12. There grandmother died from cancer and was a multi millionaire and lived I a mansion. When there grandmother died, they went to her funeral and there was a video clip of her before she died and she had a contest for who wanted to be the most powerful person in the world. Or have 1 million dollars. Amy and Dan think about what to do. They take the challenge and there s 39 clues. The get the first clue and try to figure out what it is. They snoop around there grandmas house and find a secret passage to a library in her house. They find jewelry, her cat, and a crap load of books. A fire starts when they find the clue and they go outside and see a man staring at them with binoculars.

Yes I would like to read more books by this author because he is a good descriptor and can make books that I can understand it. I also like his books because he has a good story line with all his books. I have already read one of Rick Riordans books and it was great.

A person who should read this book is my step brother Brian. He loves this author and I think he would like this book a lot. No one should be encouraged to read this book because it is awesome. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to read a good mystery book, and who likes this author. This author should write other books.

1. Who started the fire in the mansion
2. What is the thing that will make the winner the most important person in the world.
I would like to direct the first question to Mr. McIntyre. The second question I want to ask Grace what the answer is. The question I would ask the writer is why did he write this book. This question is something I could find in more about the author.

My emotion is smiles because the book has funny parts. My reactions are laughing at the funny parts in the book and I like the mystery part of it, I’m never knowing what’s going to happen next.

Yes there is something that reminds me about my own life, Amy and Dan get chased by people and I always get chased by people and am trying to find something in the process of running. This book does not remind me of another book I read but is close to another book by this author call Lightning Theif series 1,2,3,4,5.

Yes there is an idea in the book that makes me think, it is why is the man in black always chasing Amy and Dan and trying to make them explode. I think it may be because thy entered the 39 clue challenge and the man in black is hired to kill Amy and Dan. Also I am wondering why Mr. McIntyre is helping Amy and Dan and not the other teams.

Yes I would change the names, I would name Alistair/ Mitch, Amy/Grace and Grace/ Ruby. I would keep the location the same. The names mean nothing to me. No I don’t have anything against a name or the location I would just rather more normal names. I would use the same settings.

A 14 year old boy is playing with his friend and is walking out of his house and hears a voice above his head and he looks to see his friends little 2 year brother in the window above. The 14 year old boy tells the toddler to back up and the toddler hits he screen and flies out of the window and the 14 year old caught him. He is a hero to all of us!

The appearance tells me that a man is in a forest and the back says a 12 year old boy called Jonas is receiving special treatment from The Giver. He has no turning back after learning The Giver’s ways. This book seems interesting and mysterious. I think this book is about a small community in the middle of the forest. I think that the boy has no technology in his town. This book is probably about a person who gives because the title is The Giver.
